In general we install chain link fences made of two types of chain link fabric – Hot-Dip Galvanized Chain link Fabric or Vinyl Coated (Extruded) chain link fabric.

Chain link fence Advantages
Even though many people discount the attractiveness of a chain link fence, no other fence option can rival a chain link fence in its security, protection and low cost. Once built, a chain link fence is very strong, durable and is practically maintenance free compared to most other fencing options.
A further advantage is that due to its open weave, a chain-link fence is transparent, and do not obscure sunlight from either side of the fence – this is particularly ideal if you are planning to grow plants or vines closer to your chain link fence.
With a little bit of creativity a chain link fence can be the most sensible fencing option for many home owners.
Chain link fence and privacy
Ok, we know you will right away ask about privacy. Don’t make the assumption that chain link fences do not offer any privacy. In fact with the availability of various types of privacy slats, your chain link fence can be dressed up the way you want to add partial or complete privacy. Privacy slats are strip inserts that not only block visibility into your yard but will also soften the metallic appearance of the fence. Slats are available in any number of colors and can be inserted vertically or diagonally down the mesh of the fence.
Artificial hedge inserts (a type of privacy slats) can give your chain link fence the feel of a garden hedge without the hassle and maintenance.
Artificial hedges can be designed for lighter visual accents or thickly manufactured to almost completely cut off neighbors’ views into your yard.
If you do not like to use privacy slats, there are other options for privacy. If you are an avid gardener, your chain link fence will offer you a beautiful canvass for those magnificent flowering vines you were dying to grow.
