As you know, we are a customer focused company, directly operated by the owner – that is the important difference with Phoenix Fence and Deck, compared to other large managed companies. With Phoenix Fence, the customer comes first, all the time. We do not have the management overhead of large managed companies.
We buy in bulk, passing the savings to you
But we also have another secret for our lower costs. We have our own lumber yard and lumber storage facility which enables us to buy lumber in bulk. We buy lumber directly from the lumber mills eliminating any intermediate costs. Our lumber yard enables us to pass the savings from our bulk purchase directly to our customers.
